Quality expected of Export parts
Fenders: Not corroded, not dented.
Air bags: Complete, driver and/or passenger and/or front and/or side. Please specify the corresponding vehicle model.
Distributors: Not seized up, complete with contact breakers, head and finger undamaged.
Alternators: With incorporated regulator, in working condition, lug and plug undamaged.
Shock absorbers: Not corroded, no oil leaks.
Cradles: With lower arm or hitches, not corroded, or bent with silent-block intact.
Air cleaner housing: Casing and attachments undamaged.
Heating assemblies: With lug undamaged (for neither the radiator, nor the fan, nor the plastic).
Engine blocks: Oil drained, not seized up, not corroded, not
split, and not logged, with piston, connecting rods, crankshaft,
flywheel and housing.
Gear boxes: Drained, not seized up, undamaged.
Preheat regulator boxes: Undamaged, connection intact.
Grilles: Not bent, lugs intact.
Universal joints: Bellows not pierced.
Bonnets: Clean.
Carburettors: Lug undamaged, shaft not seized up.
Steering columns: Complete with steering wheel in good condition, Newman and keys and universal switch.
Air conditioning compressors: Complete with pulley, not seized up, clutch rotational in both directions, body and lugs undamaged, electrical wires intact.
Speedometers: In working condition.
Assisted steering racks: Not seized up, body intact and not deformed, with connecting rods and ball pivots unbent.
Mechanical steering racks: Not seized up, body intact and not deformed, with connecting rods and ball pivots unbent.
Diesel cylinder heads: Not split between valves, complete with
brake camshaft, injectors, with fuel head spark plugs: not split,
complete with spark plugs, valves, springs, camshafts or rocker arm
assembly.
Starters: In working condition, lugs undamaged and connections intact.
Half front axle assemblies: Shock absorber + hub + calliper + disc, not bent.
Clutches: Complete (mechanism + disc), mechanism not stressed and disc in good condition.
Brake callipers: In working condition, handbrake attachment head and bleeder screw intact.
Rear lights: Glass unbroken and with lug undamaged, not split, with plate.
Hatchbacks: Not corroded, clean, glass unbroken.
Diesel engines: Good working condition, drained, belted, with
controller (depending on model), vacuum pump, injection pump, water
pump, air filter, clutch, fuel pump.
Hubs: With disc and calliper not bent, without excess play.
Newman systems: With key, not seized up, electrical wires intact.
Bumpers: Neither split nor broken.
Roofs: Clean cut between struts, clean, not corroded.
Headlights: Glass unbroken, with lugs intact.
Parcel shelves: With no loudspeaker holes, colour and attachment points intact.
Vacuum pumps: Not seized up, not broken.
Rigid rear driving axles: Complete with drum or disc and callipers + axle.
Doors: Clean, not corroded, complete with inner panel and handle, with window mechanism.
Heater radiators: Lug intact.
Radiators: Not pierced, clean.
Rear view mirrors: Glass unbroken, orientation control in working condition.
Vacuum assist brakes + master brake cylinders: With jar, not corroded assembled and with no oil leak.
Dashboards: Complete, with speedometer, heating controls and bundles and switches.
Rear axle assemblies: Complete wit drum and braking mechanism or disc and callipers, with no play in rear arm.
Expansion tank: Not split, attachment point intact.
Heater fan: In working condition, lug intact.
Radiator fan: Not damaged, not seized up.
Double radiator fan: With plastic support, complete, not damaged.
Steering wheel: Rigid, not damaged, not worn.
Quality expected of the renovation parts
Alternators: With regulator, body and attachment lugs not damaged, connection and sockets not damaged.
Gear boxes: Drained, not seized up, undamaged.
Universal joints: Not corroded, thread not worn, shaft not deformed, complete parts only (tulip on wheel side, shaft, rollers on gear box side).
Air conditioning compressors: Complete with pulley, not seized up, clutch rotational in directions, body and lugs undamaged, electrical wires intact.
Assisted steering racks: Not corroded, not seized up, body intact and not deformed, with connecting rods.
Mechanical steering racks: Not seized up, body intact and not deformed, with connecting rods.
Diesel cylinder heads: Complete with brake camshaft, bearings,
pushbuttons and valves or rocker arm assembly, springs and valves as
well as the head covers for 2-stage models.
Gasoline cylinder heads: Complete with spark plugs, valves, spring, camshaft or rocker arm assembly.
Starters: With solenoid (starter), body and attachment points intact, connections intact.
Clutches: Not corroded.
Brake callipers: Complete with piston, bleeder screw intact, and handbrake attachment head intact.
Diesel engines: Drained, belted, engine block not damaged or split.
Complete engine comprising: engine block, cylinder head, injection
pump, injector tubes, injectors, oil pan, flywheel (if possible clutch,
water pump and vacuum pump).
Gasoline engines: Drained, belted, engine block not damaged or split.
Complete engine comprising: engine block, cylinder head, oil pan, flywheel (if possible clutch, water pump and distributor).
Mechanical and electric assisted steering pumps: Body and
attachment lugs intact, pulley not buckled, pump not seized up, oil
tank intact, connections not damaged, electrical wires intact.
Spheres: Thread in good condition.
Turbos: Body, capsules intact, shaft not seized up and with no excess play, fenders not worn.
